Job description
1. Lead all lifeguards to ensure the safety of the swimming pool opening and regularly check whether the lighting and sound facilities meet the opening requirements.
2. Assist in the recruitment of lifeguards; Organize lifeguards to learn, familiarize themselves with and master life-saving techniques, cooperate with each other, provide safety education to lifeguards, and enhance their safety awareness.
3. Reasonably arrange the positions of lifeguards and the division of labor among rescue personnel every day, and propose precautions based on weather changes and the number of tourists.
4. Strictly require team members to follow the rules and regulations, open at designated times, clean the pool at the end of each session, and promptly organize rescue in case of serious drowning.
Qualifications
1. Physically and mentally healthy, enjoy swimming as a sport;
2. Having a lifeguard certificate and good life-saving skills is preferred;
3. Serious and meticulous in work, with a sense of responsibility.
4. I have some work experience.
Working hours: One day off, one day off, or a full month shift. The specific schedule will be determined based on the venue's opening hours
